Full Tilt Poker’s latest update on their new introduction, Rush Poker, receives the supports of the Holdem Manager after one week. Holden Manager is the popular tracking program that crates a workaround for the new edition of Full Tilt.

Holdem Manager provides their support to the latest introduction of Full Tilt as the tracking program sees the Poker Rush tables they have included in the site. Players need to click for the “Options” menu to see the “Rush FTP Notes Export”. They can proceed with the process by simple clicking “Go” and players need to update their note time to time.

If the Heads-up Display approach for some players did not work, they can review some notes provided by the Rush Poker to continue with the work. When players can’t hold their momentum, they can easily click on the “Start Auto Import” within the Holdem Manager to be assured you have up-to-date stats.

According to the poker review site, Holdem Manager is the best piece of poker software for it is leading poker tracking programs in the industry that weighs $55 for a Small-Stakes Edition and $80 for a Professional Edition. Aside from Full Tilt, Holdem Manager is also compatible with numerous online poker sites that include PokerStars, PartyPoker, RedKings, Titan Poker and Everest Poker.

The Morongo Band of Mission Indians formed a group called the California Tribal Intrastate Internet Poker Consortium. It is one of the largest casino gaming tribes. According to recent reports lately, the California Indian tribes will be pushed next month.

The deal from the Commerce Casino together with the Bicycle club is being worked out by the Morongo to pursue the online poker in California. According to the Morongo’s spokesperson, Patrick Dorinson, they have been asking added support from different tribes to pursue with the deal that fell apart due to the issues that risen that it was rush through the legislative process.

One of the most influential groups, California Tribal Business Alliance has shown their disagreement in the proposal. They claim that it could violate the exclusivity clauses in gaming compacts with the casino tribes.

There are around 1.4 million Californians enjoying poker in an online poker via offshore websites. The proposal seems to gather potential revenue streams for the state and the Senate Governmental Organization Committee will take up all the questions about this online poker on the 9th of February.
Invitations have been distributed and speakers for February 9 are all ready to support the hearing. However, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIEGA) prohibits the use of credit cards and all fund transfer for the illegal online gambling except for the intrastate internet gambling.

A high Federal Bureau of Investigation officer emphasized that poker in the Internet is subject to deceit and manipulation.

Sawn Henry, FBI Assistant Director have written to Representative Spencer Bachus of Alabama as stated: “There are several ways to cheat at online poker, none of which are legal,”

“Technology exists to manipulate online poker games in that it would only take two or three players working in unison to defeat the other players who are not part of the team,”

Henry also stated. “The online poker vendors could detect this activity and put in place safeguards to discourage cheating, although it is unclear what the incentive would be for the vendor.”

The letter dated November 13 was released today at an enquiry on Internet gambling by Bachus, the top Republican on the House Financial Services Committee. It is presently being reviewed.

Committee Chairman Barney Frank, a Massachusetts Democrat, has put forward legislation to overturn the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). Government officials have been listening to point of views on behalf of and against online gambling at present and will consider if it can be regulated in the incoming future.

On today’s trial concerning the bill, many large gambling and technology institutions stated that illegal practices in the net are forbidden. Issues with regards to money laundering, gambling of minors and identity theft were not that common these days.

It has been the crusade of the Poker Players Alliance or the PPA to alleviate the sufferings of online poker players in the United States by passing up legislations to react against the current UIGEA bill. It’s been definitely a long time when the UIGEA was passed and has starved the American people on their rights to play poker online. This is due to the fact that this bill classifies poker as one of pure luck gambling kind which is not true because poker is a game of skill through and through.

At present people thought that they are getting what they wanted when the Democrats took over the House in 2006, however, what happened is not the direction they wish to take.

Today, a lot of people assumed that the House of Representatives would be the one to overthrow the UIGEA and will start on making the online poker industry legal and regulated plus making the side note of taxing the whole online gambling industry.

Even though Barney Franklin’s bill has more than enough cosponsors in Congress it has stopped. It only signifies that passing a bill to go against the UIGEA will take time and will not be easy.

But it was the relief of the PPA to gain the one more supporter in the person of New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez when he passed the Internet Poker and Games of Skill Regulation, Consumer Protection and Enforcement Act.

This act is a great alternative if the UIGEA is concerned because it does not ban online poker operations but has the framework to make poker legal and regulated, same with other skill related online games.

The bill has made a lot clarification with regards to the current debate about online gambling. As an example this bill wanted to ask the government for the list of online gambling operations that are not registered so that they can enforce more authority upon them and it also uses the present development in technology in order to undermine the rampant gambling of underage people.

It will also aid in boosting the funding for gambling counseling and also permits the compilation of taxes from registered online poker operations. It will also assist in the explaining of the Wire Act to avoid illegitimate seizures of fund from happening in the future.

A poker group called Poker Players Alliance exists and has been trying hard to implement transformations in the poker environment in the United States especially in the Internet arena. Since the UIGEA has been submitted it has plainly wither the online poker options of the US people by classifying poker like any other variety of gambling which is not true because playing poker is more like a skill test than a luck one.

This time it seems like the revolution that poker players had been waiting for will materialize when the Democrats took the Congress over in 2006 but seems like they are not going in the right direction.

Loads of people think that the House of Representatives would be the one to start in bringing down the UIGEA and then will try to approve legal laws, regulations and taxations on the online poker industry along the way.

While, Barney Frank’s bill in the House has freeze even though it has over 50 cosponsors now, it has been clear that it will take a quantity of time for that bill to become a sensible contender for getting passed by the house.

In addition, New Jersey senator Robert Menendez initiated the Internet Poker and Games of Skill Regulation, Consumer Protection and Enforcement Act at the same time much for the pleasure of the PPA.

As an option for a generally dishonest veto on online gambling along the lines of the UIGEA, this precise act builds a constitution for legalizing and regulating the game of online poker and other comparable games of skill that were banned under the UIGEA that was passed in 2006.

This bill may facilitate loads to clear out things about the continuing debate on online gambling. If passed through the house, this bill will assists in asking the government to get a list of all the unregistered online gambling operations in order for them to be regulated and then get the help of technology to thwart underage teens to gamble online.

It will also lend a hand in supplementing more funding for gambling counseling reasons and will also approve the collecting of taxes from online poker operations. It will also help clarify the issue of the Wire Act in line to stop the illegitimate fund seizures from occurring once again.
